Sage is a powerful aid to connect with the divine when you’re in search for clarity, guidance, knowledge, to give thanks and so much more! Sacred to Native Americans, this was a spiritual/ceremonial aid to allow them to connect to the spiritual realms. As Sage has grown in popularity it has been overly harvested and misused! Although this will and can still be a beautiful addition to aid in your sacred, intentional moments of healing here are a few tips to help you use your Sage with gratitude and intention for every piece of the healing plant:

- instead of using Sage to cleanse your house you can use other powerful cleansing
smudges/incense such as Frankincense or Dragons Blood! And in turn since Sage has had the aid in connecting to spirit, use your Sage for intentional moments to talk/connect to the spiritual realm. Use your Sage for things such as intentional meditation/prayer, to call in energy into your pieces, call in protection before leaving your home etc.

- instead of burning the whole bundle, cut the bundle and use it in smaller portions!

- don’t throw away the stems! Boil water and place them in an intentional simmer pot, hand/foot soak, or spiritual bath the aroma smells amazing when they boil for these 😩🤌🏾
